 I downloaded a template and printed it out on card stock then drew and colored on the box.
I stuffed it with stuff, crafted is a polymer clay piece a wire ring and the 3 twilight guitar pick made out of a gift card & resin pendent filled with beads

Wrapped gife for 12th Night

For our gift exchange in our Barony at the 12th night celebration, The tradition is to wrap your gift in a way that hides what is in it then we fight over them, at the end we open them. ( it is more complex than that but that is the fastest way to explain it. This is the wrapped up game set I brought. It holds Wari, Shut the Box, Checkers, 9 Man Morris, Dradel, Fox and Geese. I designed the gift around the wrapping. I was really happy with how it all came out. I forgot to take a photo of the games but I intend to make more sets so I will photograph them when I do. I used a ribbon roll and TP tubes covered in Printer paper that I printed out to look like tubes of paint. Aluminum foil with Tissue paper makes up the tops. That is a wood Wari board underneath (Wari is like Mancala) I did not make that part of the collection.

Dragon Fairy Dust

I really loved this Necklace. if it had wings it would be perfect.
It has glitter, it has Dragons, it has a bell, and a mix of metals. All things I love.
I made the fobs and jump rings (S Hooks)that it hags from too.

Scabble Tile pendant

I made this for a swap. It is a water color on Water color paper, Mounted on a Scrabble tile then wrapped with Brass wire. The wire wrapping was the hardest that and preventing the writing from running. I decoupaged the whole thing to water prof it.

Mushroom Ornements

 

I made these by taking Champagne corks and putting air dry clay over the top in the shape of a mushroom cap. I then added a hanger by taking brass wire and making it have an eye but I put twist in the wire so that it wouldn't pull out of the clay easily. I pained then completely with white craft paint, then painted the tops with red glitter paint and white glitter paint. I made these for a swap but fell in love with them and so I made more for my self. and as gifts for a cousin and my mom.

Pringles Can Treasure chest

I made this Pringles Can Treasure chest for a "once you pop swap" I wanted to make something that no one had ever done before. Now some people may say that a treasure chest for a winter or Christmas themed "once you pop" Swap doesn't make sense but they would be wrong. I didn't have time to go get the Murr and Frankincense, But I did get chocolate gold coins.
I covered the whole thing with leather and the inside with felt. I hope she liked it.

Cauldron Pin Cushion

Cauldron pin cushion

I used a plastic cauldron I had left over for 10 or 11 year from one of my sons birthday parties. I decided to turn it into a pin cushion. at the point that I took this photos I haven't glued the top down because the handle holds it just fine, and I probably will not bother too.

These are stitch markers I made for a swap I got the bottle caps for free from the old fashion soda store at the Mall I put holes in the caps with an Awl and glued buttons to the inside. The buttons I got a year and a half ago 24 for 99 cents. plus shipping. I broke the shanks off the buttons first. I wanted to fill the caps with resin but they seem so heavy when they are. And heavy stitch counters didn't seem like a good plan, so I Just left them as is. I may make more of them as charms but with the resin for Christmas.

This is a wet bag. Not that it is wet mind you.
It is for wet dish towels and dish rags It is lined with more of that Air mattress that you have seen me use here before.  I make dish clothes and so when they need washing I don't have them sitting some wear getting moldy. then when I go down stairs to wash I just grab them all at once. We pull the wash clothes from the bath room and put them in here too.

Odd Holiday for June Swap

For a swap where you pick your favorite odd holidays I made this bracelet for sewing machine appreciation day. I used Leather for the closer because my partner was alergic to cerain meadals and I thought this was safe east but it turned out that she LOVED IT because it was so arty.
I also made a handy bag to keep things in with an eagle on it for Eagle day. 

Fairy or Gnome house

I made this Garden house for a swap I did that was about Gardening. I received some awesome garden plant markers in that swap. I made this with a large wooden salad bowl I got at a thrift store a long time ago when I only wanted the small bowls but it came as a set. The stem is made up af saplings that I cleared last year but saved because they were straight and I thought I could make a garden fence out of them. The little door was a scrap from my brother fixing my porch swing.

Absent but still crafting

I haven't posted in a bit sorry I am still busy craftin I just haven't sat down and photoed the things I have been making so her are a bunch of posts to make up for it. here I made another mattress bag for a 3R swap (that is Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Swap)
and also a swiffer cover from old stained up towels I have a lot of though because of me and my tea maker, The buttons are from some alfit that gives you extra buttons, a note book of blank paper that was reclaimed because only the top half had been used for fax cover pages at work and the cover is made from the back of a pad and a paper bag from the music store. in that same photo is a dog tug made from old jeans. a Clair's bag, and a magnetic strip from last years calender that is great for hanging kids art on the fridge. These Items are for inside another swap. I know that the kids like getting stuff when there parents do. so I made a few things for my swap partners kids. Here are some child size sleep masks, Bath crayons, Hair stuff a bracelet, and small bag perfect size for collecting shells at the beach.

This is for a swap also My partner likes sugar skulls and Day of the dead stuff. For her I made this bag. It is lined with more air mattress material. I made a matching coin purse that can go on a key chain.
