Dinner Parmesan Chicken
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Grated cheese (I use a Romano/Parmesan)
1 teaspoon crushed dried Oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
I use 4 lg or 6 med boneless skinless chicken breasts
it called for 1 (3 !/2 lb) fresh whole chicken
mix it all together and spread it on the chicken. Then cook at 375 till done about 20 to 30 min for boneless. About 1 hour for a whole chicken.

I served it with Rice Pilaf or Cous Cous, and a vegetable.
While I am cooking the chicken I cook brownies for my daughters lunch box.
